Private Investigations and Special Events

 

 

Are you looking for something different to do?  How about a private Ghost Hunt led by experienced paranormal investigators?

Our private investigations include 4 hours of investigation in and around the buildings that make up the Historic Town of Sutro.  The investigation also includes entry into the restored portion of the Sutro Tunnel.   Not even Ghost Adventures was given this opportunity!

 

Price for a Private Investigation is $75.00 per person with a 4 person minimum.  We can accommodate groups of up to 24 people.   If you have more than 24 people let us know and we will do our best to make it work!

          b) Confirmation there can be a Staff Member available to open the tunnel

          b) receipt of full payment from guest

Refund Policy: * If Spirited Investigations cancels, for any reason, refunds will automatically be processed and no action needs to be taken by the group.*

**If a group can't attend the event they purchased tickets for AND THEY CONTACT SPIRITED INVESTIGATIONS, they will be offered an opportunity to book an alternate date.  ** No Call - No Shows will not be refunded **
